This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made on DigimartHub. By accessing our website and purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy.
Nature of Products
All products sold on DigimartHub are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Once delivered, the product is considered fully supplied and irrevocable.
Strict No Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refund requests due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or non-usage will be strictly denied.
No Return or Exchange
- Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Transactions cannot be reversed once access is provided.
Limited Technical Resolution
If payment is successful but the product is not delivered, or an incorrect/corrupted file is received, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will re-send or correct the product. Refunds are not applicable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback attempt after receiving the product will be treated as a policy violation and may result in account suspension.
